Are there any known issues causing voicemail playback to freeze/stop on the RC app for iPhone? I have a client on RingCentral and they say that all users with an iPhone, about 8 people, are having the same issue. I will make sure they all check for the latest version, but is it known that this will fix it or could there be something else going on? Their iPhones are not company provided.

As far as we know, there's no known issue about this. Have you opened a case with our Tech Support team? Do you have a current case number we can follow up on?
