When changing the voicemail PIN it is not working on our deskphones (Polycom VVX 450). Maybe there is a delay but its been about 15 minutes and another user and I still cannot check voicemail from the desk phone.


We can view the voicemail from the app or web, but some users prefer to use the deskphone.

Hi @Josh Guilliams, have you tried rebooting the device after making changes?


I did not reboot the phone, but I did just try 2 hours after I changed my PIN and it works now. There just must be a delay in how long it takes to update.

@Josh Guilliams One of my friend faced the same issue with his deskphone after updating voucemail pin. It takes a while to reflect the changes.
