I am seeing an orange pencil next to a text message - what does that mean?


Hey, @Kaitlin Wickenheiser the pencil means that there is content waiting to be sent in the text field.
Likely, content has been added, but not sent.
Let me know if you're seeing some other behavior that isn't what you expected.
