Which settings take priority Between Call Queue Group and Ring Group article doesn't speak to when and how one overrides the other.

Hi Nels,

These functionalities are usually used in different situations, and not simultaneously. If a call comes in, it will be routed to either a queue or group, depending on how it is set up.
