We have a 24/7 schedule. Sometimes randomly, our Ring Central system will change ITSELF to a 9:00 am to 6:00 pm schedule. Why does this keep happening? After I immediately notice I have a voicemail when my phone doesnt ring, and I have to go back in and change this back to 24/7 schedule. This has happened 4-5 times since we got this system. What is happening? :/

Misty, it's unlikely for it to change by itself without any modifications made. Have you checked if there's an advanced custom rule in your phone system that might have caused the change? Try to check your Audit Trail too.
