I have set RingCentral ringtone to “High Gong” but for some reason it is playing “Phone Ring.” I am using the RingCentral App. I tried using the web-version but still have the same issue. I have tried every possible solution I can think of, including:

  • Updated the Application
  • Clear App data as well as Application data from the Storage
  • Logged out of App and logged in only to the browser
  • Browser used Chrome
  • No any rules setup for the ring tone
  • Selected Help and reported the issue to Ring  Central with the details
