I have a Yealink W79P system with one base and two handsets. On Friday both phones went offline. I have power cycled the phones, restarted the base multiple times, checked that my account is in goods standing.... I don't know what to do? I get a message that says the phones cannot provision. I can't reach RingCentral support.

I checked this article about provisions but it must be outdated as I don't have many of those options on my dashboard.
