Can a call queue receive text messages if that queue has a direct number assigned to it? If so, who receives the text messages?

Yes! The call queue can receive messages. However, you have to log in using the direct number of the Call Queue and password of it. You can enable it through the email you added on the call queue if the call queue doesn't have a password yet.
