where is Post Message by email to User

Whats happened to the feature of allowing external emails to message a use?, by simply adding clip.com to the persons Glip email address, eg if a persons login email is cheech@company.com anyone could (depend on settings) send an email to cheech@company.com.glip.com and the messaged would arrive in Cheech's Ring Central app messages.

I see that this has been applied to teams, using this kind of email address 211912341302@1223830561.mvp.ringcentral.com so external users can email it. (although RC have done a very good job of hiding this feature from users so its not easily found)

This was a handy feature in glip. Not sure why it would be removed considering RC saw fit to retain it for Teams

Can you please check with Community team at community.support@ringcentral.com. regarding this? Maybe they can answer.

Also you can feature request here at idea portal to bring back this feature again
