When some of our Chromebook users launch a scheduled meeting via the Ring Central Glip Meetings app the record button is missing. When they go to their Admin RC account, choose Meetings, then choose Meeting Settings, they are unable to click on the Recordings tab to review their settings, it just reloads the Meeting tab.


Other Chromebook users report they aren't being recognized as the host even though the meeting indicates that they are the one that scheduled the meeting. Again they are unable to record. They are also unable to use End Meeting, their only option is to Leave Meeting.


All of these things happen intermittently. We're unable to pinpoint the cause.


All users have the same chromebook model.
