MET-106 Error Code

What API call returned that error code?

@Phong Vu Thanks for the response! CreateMeeting is the API call.

Some additional information: We only receive that error code during certain hours (roughly 8am PST - 4pm PST). In the late afternoon and overnight, the same exact calls that fail with MET-106 during the "working" day start suceeding.
