not all on ring central video conference

Hello! We are using RingCentral video conf for an interview. It will be with multiple (7) employees who are remote. Is is best for 1 person to keep the mtg open and then others join during their schedule time slot? Also, I assume the candidate doesn't need RingCentral to join, right? Or do they need to download the app? thank you!
