What is the the impact of changing your PMI on previously scheduled or recurring meetings? Is it accurate that once you change your PMI, any meetings previously scheduled and/or recurring with the original PMI embedded will no longer be available? Can I have multiple meetings scheduled each with a different PMI that are still valid meetings?

Brady - I believe that after you change your PMI you will need to cancel and reschedule all previously scheduled meetings where you had specified that your PMI be used. We have had this happen to a few users.
