RingCentral Meetings Unstable internet connection

We've been seeing the message "unstable internet connection" a lot during our RingCentral Meetings and the video "freezing" (and  "unstable internet connection" message) on our RingCentral Rooms setup.  Starting to troubleshoot and was curious is the list of RC Supernets listed here: https://support.ringcentral.com/s/article/9233?language=en_US#6.Supernets covered just Phones or if it included all 3 services (Phones, Meetings and Rooms).
