We are trying to set up a video call in our boardroom using a PC to handle the camera and video (displayed on a large wall mounted screen) and a conference phone for the audio (dial in). It all works but there is quite a noticeable delay between the video on the PC and audio on the conference phone.

Is there a way to adjust the the latency to try and sync the the two devices?

Hey Russell, this type of delay usually has to do with either the internet connection or how the network is set up. One thing I would suggest would be making sure your network is set to these standards 🙂
