Ringcentral Rooms - Direct Connection.

I want to be able to dial another room direct. 

We're setting up multiple locations with Rooms. I want the CEO to be able to pick up the controller and 'dial' another Room - Is this not possible. Sending invites is fine, but why can't I just create a direct connection?
