Hi Joven,
On September 9th, 2019 China began blocking all Zoom.us domains and subdomains, which has impacted RingCentral Meetings. As a result, users in China are unable to start or join any RingCentral Meetings.

Right now we are doing everything we can to find a viable solution for all of our customers. The best option for internal meetings currently is to use a VPN connection to connect outside of China. However, external participants without access to a VPN will not be able to join the meeting.
This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled RingCentral Meetings from China. Recently the Chinese government cut off Zoom services for the entire country. Since then, our people in China can't use RingCentral Meetings either, since they are using Zoom's services. Has anyone figured out how to make it work? We have tried VPN, alternative DNS, and other things with no luck.
Most every service has been blocked, including GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and other meeting services. Other internet outages have been reported in China as well.
Is there any update on this issue or is this going to be an ongoing issue moving forward in China
I was there last week and it has been working fine for a month or so. It looks like it has been unblocked. However, the Chinese government tends to block and unblock things at random, so there's no guarantees.
