Can I as an admin change volume control and DND on Polycom phones

We often get calls to the helpdesk where a user has inadvertently set their Do not disturb to on and/or set the ring/call volume to its lowest setting.

Is there a method via Ring Central admin to set those back to a default state?

I am using Ring Central Admin Portal on Polycom phones.
