Is there a way to stop the call notification from incoming calls from showing on the desk phone itself? I do not need to see who is calling on the phone itself also it covers up my soft key extensions.
The workaround for this would be to remove your desk phone in the call forwarding, so you will only receive the calls in your RingCentral app and not on the desk phone. Here's a KB article on how to configure your Call Forwarding Settings as a user.
