Can custom app key and secret created

If we develop application on Java which will use Ringcentral app on top of it, for accessing the api can we create custom app key and secret for our application to access the api?

You don't need create AppKey and AppSecret . It is automatically generated in developer portal under the application you created .

I am not sure if you can create anything custom secret and key
