Open ports on firewall

Hi all,


My first post and a new client - we are trying to get about 25 staff on ringcentral asap but some staff are having issues calling out on their corporate issued devices (which have a vpn) are there firewall ports that we need to have open? Disabling the firewall and vpn is not an option.
