On the RC App, contacts are sorted by FIRST name. There is no way to change sort order. This is nuts and has to be an error? I've called about this a few times and do not get very far. Can this be updated immediately as a critical fix and not wait for a standard build and quarterly update? To be clear, contacts should be sorted by LAST Name: Jane Doe should be listed in the D's and not the Js.
