The file would have been located here C:\Users\[user's name]\AppData\Local\RingCentral\SoftPhone\Update\RingCentralPhone-19.2.2.msi

We need this file to uninstall a prior version and and install the updated version.

I need this older version as well, cannot update or uninstall on my PC currently as it's looking for this file.
