Email in Use

Hello, one of my users has his email in use with another RingCentral account but I need him to use the same email for the current account but it does not allow me to register the user because it says the email is in use. Is there any way to bypass this?

Hi @Al Walker, there is no option to bypass this because emails are used to sign in to the portal; therefore, it has to be unique.
