I used to get a notification that would tell me if there were unread messages. This hasn't worked in months.

Hi @Pam Gilchrist, may I know where you got the notifications before?
I was having the same issue. Once I updated all my apps the notifications started coming through. I removed then redownload the app on my computer and that seemed to do the trick. Good luck. Ring support was very helpful.
