I have created a sandbox app for testing the SMS API, but I'm getting the error "MSG-242" stating that the requested feature is not available, the same problem as listed in https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/95263/index.html
Can you add SMS to 1-470-289-1689 please?

Enabled. Pls check it
I will send a request to enable it for your sandbox. Right now, this is done manually. But soon it will be fixed so numbers will be enabled out of the box as they were before.
