Live question from @adSol

“We use the Bitrix24 CRM App Integration for RC to make calls from our Bitrix24 instance. The integration uses RingOut to connect outbound calls, so after initiating the call in Bitrix, it has to be accepted inside the RC app. However, when making a call from our CRM, RC immediately calls the contact, even if the caller has not accepted the call inside the RC app. When the called person picks up the call before the caller has accepted it, the called person is connected to the caller’s voicemail.”

Expert answer: “Ensure that the 'playPrompt' parameter is set to true. This setting will require the system to first call the agent (initial call leg). Only after the agent answers the call and presses 1 will the system initiate the second call leg to the customer (callee).”
