How do you change a users name in video call. The information on the sight is from four years ago and is no longer relevant.

For Internal Attendees

  1. Admin portal 
  2. Make sure that the name is correct. 
  3. Use RC apps or web app for internal

 

For external 

  • Log out of the meeting and log back in changing their name to the correct one 

 

Currently as default, host are unable to change the name of the attendees inside of RCV
