Ring Central App not opening

The RingCentral app is continuously looping at startup, just keeps acting like it wants to open, but never does. Anyone else seeing this or know of a fix? We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's not working. Currently have about 5 users experiencing the issue


No issues on the android or apple apps.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Hi @Marlon Brizuela, I would like to clarify where you are experiencing this issue. Is it on the desktop or mobile?

I am having this exact same issue with the Mac Desktop App, on a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) running macOS Big Sur 11.4

Ring Central will not load/stop reloading on launch.

I am on a 2019 Apple MBP and I've tried restarting the app, restarting my laptop twice and uninstalling and reinstalling the ring central app from their site via their instructions. I cannot chat or video call with this currently. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
