I'm super-admin for 50 Mac users.

Safari is our default browser and works great for just about everything EXCEPT RingCentral.

For example...

• Doing simple admin tasks, or searching tech library I get endless spinning gears.

• Simply using google to search for 'RingCentral Support' then click on result I get '

"Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."


Users need to know to cut over to Chrome for a better experience when using RingCentral. It is a support nightmare.

Any advice on getting Safari to work consistently?

Hi @David335384040, Would you please send a screenshot of what you are getting on the Support Site? If possible, please send a screenshot of the whole screen. Please do the same when you go to the Admin Portal, too.
