Call in Salesforce app - showing as active after call is over

I ended a call three hours ago and the widget in Salesforce still show it as active and I cannot "hang up" the call even through it is no longer connected.

What's the deal there. Can that cause connection issues? All my most recent calls are spotty and I know my wifi is fine.

Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall your app?

I think? It happens periodically, and only our IT guy updates the widgets in Salesforce, so I guess it will work itself out. THanks!
