@Lawrence Glynn, do you want their desk phones to have the same line for calling and sending SMS? Correct me if I'm wrong.
Yes, one line for outgoing calls and SMS (ie. their assigned customers and prospecting for new customers). Other line to be used for incoming calls and non sales related outgoing calls.
All desk phones assigned to an extension can use the main line as the Caller ID for calling out, but only the Operator Extension can use the main number as the Caller ID for Outbound SMS.
