Help with Audio while connecting

Hello! We are using the "audio while connecting" feature and have a 10s message we would like to play prior to connecting, but it cuts off when the agent answers. How would we add this to play the entire message? Thanks!!!

Hello @Jeff Kamin, it is normal behavior because while playing the message, it already rings the receiver of the call.

Thank you Mary! we are going to solve for it by adding the message into the queue or extension greeting instead so the entire message plays :) Do you happen to know if MVP has the ability to estimate wait time for callers?
