Hi @Richard Cicero; there is currently no report of an outage regarding this. Kindly submit a ticket to Tech Support for investigation.
Yesterday, there was an error on the Submit a ticket page. It kept telling me to reload the ticket page. This morning I was able to submit the ticket. I cannot start a meeting from my phone either. I have attempted to do so from different physical networks, ruling out firewall issues.
@Richard Cicero did you ever figure out what was going on with this error message? I am getting the same error message on two different laptops I have tried installing RC on. It works fine on an ipad, but unable to start or join a meeting on laptop. Any thoughts?
