Response has unsuccessful status and Refresh Token is missing

I am using this reference https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/messaging/fax/sending-faxes#javascript for fax send on javascript. And I got an error for response has unsuccessful status. 1673283245382.png


And also I can see a Refresh token is missing. I am not sure if what is all about this. I hope someone can help me for this one. Thank you!

Login your RingCentral developer portal and check the app auth type and if you set it to support refresh token or not.

Hi @Phong Vu I check it and it looks like on your screenshot with YES. Should and I tried to put choose the "No" but still got an error for this one
