I have RC App deployed on my desktop (PC), hard phone (poly) in the office, mobile phone (iPhone) and mobile (iPad). For the most part, I have no issues. However, I have noticed strange behavior on the mobile (iPad) several times.


If a call rings all my devices (i.e. a Queue Call), even if it gets answered by another agent (or myself), the call keeps ringing my mobile (iPad) until I pick it up. I will not time out. It just keeps ringing (even if the call is gone).


If a fax comes to my extension, often I may get 1 ring and it moves on to connect to fax. However, even those calls continue to ring on my mobile (iPad). I have waited up to 2-3 minutes and it just keeps ringing.


In both call types, it appears that the mobile (iPad) is not made aware of a call termination.


Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi @Rito Salomone. I'll check if this is a known issue. Have you tried to uninstall-reinstall your app?
