Connecting by App thruough a websocket

Hi, I want to connect my rest API to a websocket to get data through RingCentral API, instead of refreshing and/or sending requests every second or so, is it possible? or will I face a rate limit error?

What kind of data do you want to get via Webhook? You can subscribe for Webhook notification and here is a list of the events that you can subscribe for.

mainly messages, presence, recieve calls, and call recording.

In that case, check out these blogs to learn how to receive call events. For the presence, check the /presence event filter.
