Changing main account holder

I am the account holder on our company account. I am leaving at the end of the week so want to make my replacement the main account holder and allocate her my extension. She already has a different extension allocated to her and it won't let me change my extension to her as her email is already in use. Can you help? Thanks

Change her user extension's email to a dummy first. In that way, you can use her email to your extension.
