Is anyone experiencing issues with adding screenshot or pictures in in-group messaging?

I face the same problem an hour ago and now it works normal. It seems to be an impact due to an outage in AWS today https://downdetector.com/status/aws-amazon-web-services/

Can you retest posting image to a team and let me know.
