RingCentral University Not Working

My company is in the process of migrating our service to CXOne from an older RingCentral product. When I first became a supervisor, there were several useful courses on RingCentral University (and I in fact got LinkedIn certifications for several). I'm now in a position where we will need to train on CXOne. My issue is that none of the courses are playing. I don't recall this being an issue in the past; I've cleared my cache, checked my security settings, everything I could think of. When I click on a course, there is no window where the course would normally play. There is a 'Next Chapter' radio button at the bottom. If I click it, it just goes to the next item, but again it's a blank page with a clickable 'Next Chapter' at the bottom.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
