Dial 1 to accept a call on mobile

When a call comes in on a mobile, we have to dial 1 to accept. Obviously we can't do this when we are driving. Is there a way around this please?

Sorry Mary - the code is STILL broken as of today (and the Step 6 isn't valid in that article link)

"Never" needs to be an options on this pull-down menu.- it's there for the Direct calls - it can't be that hard to put it there (including working logic ;) ) for the other calls.

This is a really big issue - why is it still not implmented?!?

Who do we need to chat with about this? This is an ERROR, not something for the wish list/ideas.

Please check the KB article below, and follow instruction #6. Go to Play Announcement setting, and select Never.

This STILL isn't working as it should, as there's not a 'Never' for the Call Queues - the original problem.
1680718732577.pngThe 'Never' only exists for Direct calls, and NEEDS to be an option in BOTH diret/queue calls.

Same issue here, is there any progress on this? I don't understand why there isn't an option to just pick up the phone to answer the call? Call me old school but thats what we use to do -back in the day.....

Thanks for clarifying, @Joe Cache. There's an existing feature request for this, but we are still waiting for an update if it will be added.

@Matt Griffin, is your issue also with incoming calls from Call Queue or Direct Calls?
