When attempting to join my RC meeting, client received error code 104111. What is causing this?
Attachments: Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.
Hey, @Brent Hedrick - I'm sharing a Knowledge Base article that has some of the error codes and the reason someone might see them.
https://support.ringcentral.com/article/RingCentral-Meetings-Common-Errors-And-Problems.htmlThis particular one is connectivity issues with RingCentral Meetings servers.
If your client is on a network with a firewall or a proxy, contact a network administrator to check their firewall and proxy settings.
An antivirus software like AVG may be blocking the connection to RingCentral Meetings. Recommend they disable the service and try again.
And have them check with their internet service provider that they can connect to the RingCentral Meetings service.
