Hello, as of lately, I am not able to receive calls. The "accept queue calls" toggle switch does not even show up for me personally. I am not sure if this is a bug or an administrative setting that is switched off for me. Any help is appreciated here. Thank you.

Hi @Ryan Davis, Did you check with your Admin if your extension is one of the members in the Call Queue? Here's a KB article on how your admin can add/remove call queue members.
