On the new RingCentral app, when we go to fax, there's not option to type in the recipient's info such as To, Company Name, etc. like the RC Phone does.
Any ideas?

I was so upset when I discovered that also. They told me it couldn't be changed. I thought that was such a basic feature to have , but guess not. One work around I found was to add the person as a contact then their information will auto populate in a cover sheet.
