Hi RC Developers,

We are currently having issues with the new RC app. We arent able to pause and unpause a recording or mask a certain part of the conversation in a recorded call. We need that feature working for us.

Hi @Ross C, I'm not sure if you're referring to a finished call recording or during an actual recording but there is an option to pause forward a recorded call in the new RC App but not on the actual call. If you're referring to during a live call, there is no option for this. But it's available with RingCentral Contact Center.
