RingCentral works fine for my own incoming calls. But monitor via the HUD (RingCentral Phone) I see the call coming in but no window displays to pickup the call. Like others.

We using this to monitor the reception phone number.

Using the latest version, in terms of the settings all configured the same as others that work windows 10.


Is there any reason why I can see incoming call (HUD) but not answer it?
