When making an outbound call via JS SDK webphone

I can receive calls with now errors and can actually complete the call, but I can't make outbound calls (When calling some numbers the respond is "the number you dialed can't be reached" or something like this and sometimes it does not do anything.

None of your sandbox users have any direct number nor a digital line. Login the sandbox admin portal and add phone number or phone to one of the users and try again.
