Azure AD + RingCentral: Automatic account provisioning

I'm in the process of setting this up but I'm running into an issue when it attempts to provision the account on the RC side. Has anyone set this up successfully?

4. Provision urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:enterprise:2.0:User in RingCentral

This person specifically said account provisioning, not phones. I hope they find/found an answer because ours stopped working with the same error code, but different detail.
