This API requires the requester to have a Glip profile

HI Team,

We are in the process of making the app graduate, and as part of this effort, we need to access the scope of TeamMeeting. To achieve this, we are utilizing the ListTeams API within the RingCentral UI and testing with sandbox JWT authentication. However, we have encountered the following error message

{"errors": [{"errorCode": "GLP-021","message": "This API requires the requester to have a Glip profile. You might sign in to the application to create it."}]}

We tried to log in to the RC app (Devtest) once for the system to create your 'Glip' profile, as suggested in the forum. But we are unable to log in using our account...

Please suggest
