Problems with RingCentral integration with SugarCRM in Canada

SugarCRM is unable to integrate RingCentral, as we are located in Canada. This does not make sense when everything is cloud-based and virtual. HELP

Hi Steven, Tenfold provides integration of SugarCRM and RingCentral with some pretty awesome features to boot. Take for example the inbound screen pop. Tenfold is a browser extension so this will popup in any browser tab you are on, not just the tab or window for SugarCRM.  It also comes with automatic call logging and call recording, which means no calls are missed. If you're using email and chat as part of your interaction, the 3rd party tool logs those for you too, 100% visibility.
